Refund policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund. Once your order has been handed over for production or shipment, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds & Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect or if you received a damaged or incorrect item.
  • Orders with discounted or sale prices are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Please note: If the wrong size was ordered by mistake, we are unable to accept a return or exchange. Please double-check your mattress size and dimensions carefully before placing your order.

To start a return (for eligible cases), please contact us at DeRozyBed@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at DeRozyBed@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or washed bedding items
  • Products removed from their sealed protective packaging
  • Discounted / sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending anything back.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item or size, the fastest option is to place a new order for the desired item. Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or order errors on our side, as outlined above.
